K8055 web interface

Hello!
About 1 month ago I found a web page with tutorial - how to set up Apache server and install k8055 on it. There was also updated K8055 Windows driver. Unfortunately cant find it anymore. I dont want to buy Abelcam Pro licence, which would work also…

Does anyone that webpage?

That webpage was http://k8055.info but unfortunately it is not working anymore. Does anyone have those files they offered? (apache server install + updated driver + K8055 files for apache)

Found some information about their website:

k8055.info - Closing

Hello, this site has been open since 19-Dec-2007, providing free software for various K8055 setups,
and is now closing due to financial issues.
Thank you for your support
bld & Ty

Help to get the site back online, by donating to a webhotel (500 DKK/year),
but there are no guarantee that it will come online, if there are too few donation,
but it WILL if there are enough. Thank you.

And the project was called K8055 WebLink

I found it!
wenzlaff.de/twusb.html

It is not that page I was looking for but it works also

Hey, the page was/is mine.

If you fill this form out, with your email (http://bld-live.dk/?id=Contact) I can send it to you by mail.

Thank you! K8055 working and online

I hope it can be used

And now I get curious, what does it control?

I haven’t had much time to upgrade my project, but at the moment it is controlling 1 wall-plug. I also have webcam connected to see it work. The next thing I am planning to do, is to connect electrical motor and old webcam so I could move it left and right.
As you can see - only stupid ideas. Actually I have no idea what would be the best implementation for K8055.

Hehehe, kinda the same I used mine for. Had my K8055 in a box, with a light bulb that could be switched on and off, and only thing you would see, was the box with the K8055 in.

Can your webcam be seen somewhere? Would love to have a peek

Looks like you got a little power supply for the solid state relay, couldn’t you make it easier, by just using the 5V usb? I got some that looks alot like the one you got, just with some other text on, and they work from 5V to 30V.

sorry for not answering. I don’t visit this forum much. I have a new project to communicate with Velleman using e-mail (and mobile SMS).
And the camera actually worked only in Local Area Network, so from outside unfortunately you cant see it.

Hehe, I just finished another little project with my K8055… Connected it to a wireless outlet on/off/dimmer  Super easy hack, that allows people, that want to control the high voltage wall outlets, without comming close to it.

I posted some pictures about how I did here: bld-live.dk/index.php?option=com … &Itemid=78

And highest voltage I came across was the 9V from the 9V battery.

Nice
From now on i am trying to avoid high votages and currents, because this could end really bad. I’d like to make something like http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bSqn1_EDx1c. Its an apartment lightning using Arduino. I dont want to change my apartment to disco room, but maybe to make leds that follow you when you walk in the room…like tracing leds. I think i will need some PIR sensors to do that.

BTW - I really like your camera!
