K8055 USB problem only with windows 7 64bit

card K8055 works perfect on my desktop pc (xp) and laptop (xp) 32bit
my new laptop computer don’t see my card .
USB => unknown Device code 43
all new updates voor pc are done
What do i wrong?
Any help is welcome
