K8055 USB interface board defect

hello,

We have 10nos.of VELLEMAN K 8055USB cards .

Unfortunately, the cards have gone bad due to power spike.

We are suspecting the PIC16C745-1/SP IC must gone bad. Hence, please let me know the availability of PROGRAMMED PIC ic’s for VELLEMAN K8055USB CARD.Is it possible to copy the programme from the good board to new PIC ic. please advise.
