K8055 Usb connected to PC, PC controles a RC car over K8055

as the topic says.

K8055 Usb connected to PC, PC controles a RC car over the K8055 card thru c#, That i need help with the projekt is how i should connect everything to the inputs and outputs to make everything work,

Right - left
throttle - break (forward-backwards)

Anyone got any suggestions how i should connect? Would be thankful for all comments, if i was not clear enough for you to understand. Just as me
