If wiki told me right, tcl is the tool programing language.I don’t think that much people are using it. So you should investigate on your own, you have the K8055 dll library, so you should investigate that
I 'v got it working. thanks to the small programm called “k8055.exe” from the http://www.edutechsoft.nl/index.html
