i’m using a K8055 card for driver led control and other stuff.
I get a problem with PWM output wich seems to be hardcoded at 23 khz. My driver (Mean Well ELN-60-48P dimmable driver) need PWM frequency between 100Hz ~ 3KHz.
can you help me ?
Thank you very much and excuse me for my bad english.
A fixed PWM frequency (23.43kHz) is used in the K8055. It is not possible to change the frequency.
There may be a workaround:
According to the ELN-60 datasheet there is specified:
DIMMING CONTROL (OPTIONAL) 1 ~ 10VDC or PWM signal : 100Hz ~ 3KHz
You can use this circuit to convert the K8055 PWM output to 0-10V DC.
The input resistance of the dimming control input of the ELN-60 is not specified in the datasheet.
If the input resistance is high enough, then this circuit will work.
