K8055 + mk179 + K6714

Hey,

I’m working on a new project for school.

I gonna make a miniature security system with 2 miniature doors which will be closed with relais and stuff… but that’s not my question.

My question is, i have the k8055 usb experiment card. Can i use the mk179 Proximity card reader as input
and use the K6714 UNIVERSAL RELAY CARD as output ?

And if that works, are there things i have to keep in mind?

It’s really the first time i do something like this so that’s why i need some help.

Connect the relay output terminal COM on the MK179 to the K8055 GND terminal and connect the relay output terminal NO (or NC) to one of the digital inputs of the K8055.
