K8055 library for x64 platform with Java JNI package

Hello,

I created a project on sourceforge to share my work. I took the K8055 library for Linux (libk8055.sourceforge.net) and with some changes, I created libraries for x64 platform (mainly for Windows). On the same time, I developed the JNI package to use it with Java (works with x86 and x64) :slight_smile:
