K8055 LED Polarity

Hi all,

I just wanted to check something, I’m about to solider in my LED’s, now looking at page 20 of the pdf --> velleman.eu/downloads/0/illu … k_rev3.pdf

See the LED spots LD1 - LD8, they have a circle indicator with a line on the right hand side. Does this mean I need to line up the flat side of the LED to this line?
I don’t want to get them them wrong way around.
