K8055 bi directional motor control using PWM

Hi,

I am looking to control the speed and direction of a 12v motor using a PWM (or DAC if easier) output of the K8055.

Is anybody aware of an external circuit that could either:-
a) use a single PWM output alone - eg 0 full reverse 128 stop 255 full forward.
b) use a single PWM and maybe one digital output as a directional control.

The external power source could supply both +12 and -12 volts if need be.
