K8055 and smt160 temperature sensor

Hi all,

I have a K8055 USB card, it’s great! But my question is that is it possible to connect Smartech SMT160-30 temperature sensor in that card. I m really beginner and duty cycle is new thing to me.

Apparently, this device puts out a PWM with a duty cycle that varies according to the temperature. The PWM frequency is 1…4KHz
Such a device cannot be used with the K8055 as the sampling speed is too slow. We’d recommend the K8067 temp sensor with current loop output.
