K8055 and Sabertooth 2X25

I’ve noticed the DAC output range of the K8055 is ~0.6 to about 4.7 volts and not the expected 0-5 volts. I read from other posts this is because of the open collecter at the output. How can I get this to the 0-5 vdc my sabertooth is expecting. Although it works, the motors never completely stop or reach full speed.

The output voltage is directly proportional to the +5V supply voltage.
Due to the output operational amplifier limitations the max. output is slightly below 5V.
