Hello I am trying to use a K8055 to interface and program a two way radio. Is there any way speed up the process time of the K8055. Can one change the crystal and make the pic run faster.

The delay is not due to the microcontroller speed but the USB polling interval of 10 ms. Actually the microcontroller runs at 24 MHz with its internal PLL. Sorry, but it is not possible to speed up the communication between the PC and the K8055 by changing the crystal.
