K8048 and PIC16C745

Hi,

I have a K8048 board (what is working fine).
I have a circuit with a defect PIC16C745. I see in the specs of the K8048 that this PIC isn’t supported, at least it is not in the list.

Is this correct? Will I damage a new PIC16C745 if I try to program it?

You are correct, it is not supported, so we cannot tell what will apen if you try and program it.
Not sure this device allows icsp programming, please check the datasheet.
