I have just built the K8047 4 channel voltage logger and use in conjunction with the PC-Lab 2000 software.
In analogue chart mode, I note that the vertical sensitivity can be set to 3, 6, 15 or 30 volts.
The vertical scale of the chart is divided into 8 segments making it difficult to read off voltage against a particular time.
Additionally there is no indication of the time elapsed on the horizontal scale.
I could save the data to a .txt file and read specific values off in Notepad but I feel that would be a retro grade step.
Does anybody know how I could modify the software to suit my needs or indeed another program.
Thanks.

Many thanks, all sorted now.
As an aside, is there anyway to increase the chart size?
Thanks
As an aside, is there anyway to increase the chart size?
I’m sorry, in the software there is no such option.
As an alternative solution you can save the data to file, open the file in text editor, copy and paste the data to Excel or other spreadsheet and make a larger chart…
For long recordings you can use the File menu option AutoSave Data
- It saves multiple screens of data to a text file.
- First you should give a name for the file.
- Then the AutoSave function will be activated when the Run button is pressed
- The AutoSave operation will be completed when the Run button is pressed again.
Many thanks for your feedback… I shall try your suggestion.
