After assembly and powering up the LEDs will show a test run and afterwards
start flashing syncronously.
The speed of the flashing may be adjusted by the potentiometer, but other
programs cannot be selected.
The random effect ( pressing the Sw2 while connecting power ) works, but
pressing the Sw2 during a normal run will not stop the program.
A classic. You’ve forgot to put in a jumper which tells the unit how many channels you want to use. See manual.
