I’m facing a problem with a DMX controlled power dimmer.
The red light keeps being on after following the instructions on the manual and connecting everything in the right place. I probably did something wrong but even after repeating the process as indicated in the booklet the light is still on. I can’t find any explanation or solution in the manual, is anyone aware of what I probably did wrong or have a tip or solution to my problem? Switch 1 doesn’t respond to commands either.
