I’m sorry but there is only one firmware in the field. (Rev 1.37).
This kit is already 10 years on the marked without significant problems.
Maybe the load is not compatible (must be resistive) or the DMX signal is not 100% DMX512 ?
Maybe the customer can upload a video where we can see the problem?
