K8039 DMX dimmer to controle LED Christmas lights

Hi
I was wondering if the DMX dimmer k8039 can be used to dim a string of LED Christmas lights? 120V AC 0.03A (35 LED bulbs)

if not can a PWM type dimmer be made from this dimmer in some way?

You’ve got us confused here…
Why would you convert the dimmer output into a PWM signal ?

I would like to use PWM square wave on the out put so I do not have to worry about the forward voltage of the LED Christmas light strings. The LEDs do not turn on until the forward voltage reaches about 70V at 0.03A. 35 x 2V = 70V
If I understand correctly a PWM square wave at about 75V would light up the LEDs and the PWM would control the dimming from 1% to 95%.
