Thanks for Development such a perfect Lighting Control Module !
That´s exact what I have been searching for a long time - but now discontinued ? 
Finally I have purchased two residual of the discontinued Kit K8028.
After Assembling one of them, programming so far works.
Only Function 14 (where LED2 and LD3 should flash alternately) does not work, and in all Functions the Load does not operate. Therefor the LD1 Fault-Code flashes 6 times.
I have checked the PCB and all the parts on it (also Fuse and 60W-Load as reported in the fault code table) several times without success. So I have taken, for Trouble Shooting, VK8028 IC from my remaining Kit for a Test and replaced it. Now only LD5 is steady ON an no Functions are possible.
Additional Replacement of EEPROM IC results in : NO LED Indications and also NO Functions.
After changing back to both original IC´s, Behaviour as already reported.
Help needed ! - I suspect faulty IC´s. Spare Parts avail ??

Dear sir,
The K8028 is NOT discontinued, he’s still is stock & production.
You can’t buy the programmed controller as spare part beacause of the copyright.
If the part is defective we can replace it after we received the “bad” one.
Error 6 --> Check the parts arround T1 and T3, maybe a zerro cross signal does not reach the CPU.
The must also be a load connected when set to learning mode !

I have checked again all semiconductors, especially the parts you have reported and found D2 with not perfect characteristics.
Check of all other semiconductors, excluding the IC´s, are o.K. Replacement of D2 does not solve the Problem.
I send the P.C.B. to my local Dealer in Germany, where I purchased the Kit, for Examination (especially the integrated Circuits).
We will see what happen … - Thanks so far for your Help

Hello again …
… i received the K8082 with the Fault Rectification : Both IC´s were definitly defective.
I have got new one´s for free with my received P.C.B.
After Replacement of the defective IC`s - now all Functions, as described, working fine
