i have a problem with the kid k8028. i use the option 5. i have connect a normaly 60w bulp.
when the k8028 dimming up it gave problems at 90% that the bulp are blinking/flashing. when i dimming down the flashing are over.
what can it be?
First of all we must known if this is an existing or a new kit ?
New kit --> Check also assembly.
–> Check if the Triac type is a TIC225M. (if other, triac must be replaced)
Check also the voltage to the PIC microcontroller, must be around 5V between pin 5 and pin 14. (Attention high voltage to the PCB)
The Triac could also be defective. If you want, I can send always a correct new triac by post.
