After assembling and solgering with great care I cant see +15 Volt (read +8.5) and -15 Volt (read -25)
Where can I search for the error.

Are you sure the voltage regulators are mounted in the correct way and/or not swapped ?
I checked them yesterday and right they were swapped. Now I read +15 Volt and -25Volt not realy what I expect.
There must be prooblem with the 7915 regulator, defective or mounted wrongly, no other posibility.
I just replace regulator 7915 but I read still about -25 Volt
