K8020 Won't switch on

Dear forum,

I have recently completed my K8020. When I wanted to fire it up for the first time, LED08 (The high voltage indication LED) does not light up. The power indication and input sellection LED’s function as they should.
I am from Holland and our net voltage is 230VAC. I have connected B&C to achieve the correct voltage but I measure 115VAC between the bridge and the neutral wire from the power input.
Also I measure 3VDC at the input LED’s instead of 5VDC which is indacted on the PCB.

I suspect relais RY9 either not functioning or not getting the correct voltage.

Note: Relais mounted is type VR5V122C where as mounting instructions indicate type VR5C122C.
The relais is not switching and solid black instead of transperant.

If anyone has a solution for this problem I would be very glad.

I have exactly the same problem with my kit 8020 . Do you have now a solution for it ?

Can both persons measure there secundairy voltages from the transformers.

Pri = 230V AC

Please check if you measure 2 x 18V (over C10 & C11), the 12 and the 220V AC is pressent.

Hello ! All thé secondary voltages are right on thé transformer .

Does the µ-controller get 5VDC?

I test on jump wire n° 26 and dont get any current .( 0,001 )

Le problème venait du régulateur 7805 qui était défectueux !!!
