i recently buy assembly kit k8005, now i try to soldering it. My problem is, when i solder PCB i didnt paying attention, so i dont know if i do it right or not , can someone be so kindly and look on to PCB board and verify me if contact of J7 and R10 are really connected, i will appriciate that.
when i was puting together my 4-th k8005 card i test it, and doesent work, in quick checkup i noticed that i made a mistake with transistors, T11 and T12 was switched, i switch it on the right positione and test it again and still doesent work, how big damage i did with switching that two transistors?, can that damage be repaired.
i replace transistors and k8005 still doesent work, it seems something else is damaged also, i checked all diodes and work fine, im afraid that IC-s are damaged, any idea what else i can do?
i test both of transistors that was switchet (stickycarpet.com/pinx/test.html), it seems to transistors are OK, i allerady see that will be very dificult to find a error on pcb.
i today assembled another K8005 card, it works fine, si i put all IC-s on working card, card work fine, so IC-s arent damaged, im running out of ideas, i also replacet 7805 with new one (excatly same)?!
regards
p.s: when i press STEP button motor start to make a little noise, it doesent turn but if u hold it in hand u can fell that he want to turn but he dont
