K8000 + USB adaptor

Hi,
I have K8000 but my portable PC Win xp does not have parallel ports. Is it possible to use a parallel adapter usb iee1284?

so, ok…it s clear…no usb adaptater. BUT THEN, what else?? what kind of other solution to use a k8000 with a modern laptop(which do not have a parallel port)?

a parallel-pcmcia? maybee?

Is your kit k8000 “hasbeen”?

K8000 is still available for specific puposes, but if you only have a USB port, you should consider K8055 or K8061…
