K8000 inputs

this week I bought an k8000 module.
I install all drivers and software in a Windows xp sp2 PC.
Whith the test program I can control the outputs (lighting the LEDs ) but the inputs doesn’t work.
In Visual Basic there is the same problem.
Can you help me ?

Most likely, you’ve inverted IC22 and make sure to swap all I/O optocouplers from output to input
