K8000, inputs not working?

I’m trying to get an old K8000 card to work, it had never been used before. I measured the voltages and those are ok. I then connected the GND pin with the test pins for the IO’s, and the corresponding led lights up. I then connected the K8000 with an old pc (xp 32bit) and fired up the diagnostic tool, the leds (LD17/18/19) start to blink. So far so good I think.
I have set the optocouplers IO1 till 8 as input, IO9 till 16 as output.
Trying out the diagnostic tool:
I click set all -> all leds light up
I click input test -> nothing happens???
I click ouput test -> all leds light up one for one (LD1 till LD16)
When I set IO1 as input and click it, the led does not light up, when I set is as output and click it the led lights up although the optocoupler is set as an input…

When I first started up the card IC24 was mounted the wrong way, oops :frowning:

What could be wrong with my card, any things I could test/measure/replace?

Lolz, I just spent an hour checking if all the connections were good. Thanks for the answer :slight_smile:
