Question I have this pc scope, I have the software for windows but I need the software that runs under DOS.
I assume the file DSO3.ZIP is also sutable for the K7103 and contains the manual referring SCOPE.COM and necesarry files?

Yes, the DSO3.zip contains the setup files for the K7103 DOS software.
Extract the package and run the INSTALL.EXE to create the program folder C:\K7103US.
Then in the program folder run the Dso.bat.
The oscilloscope screenshot images will be saved to the subfolder \data.

The DOS software run under Windows 7 via DosBox emulator ( 32 and 64 bits )

Just for curiosity, why do you want to run it on DOS?
