In this kit , there are 3 capacitors ( 10 nf (103 ) ; According to the plan , they seem to be polarity sensitive ; how to recognise which way to install them?

The 3 capacitors in the picture do not have polarity.
It’s the electrolytic caps C4 and C5 that do (they have a - sign going down the side)
