When i call the remote control the red led is flashing and the relais is closed. But there is no tone to indicate the conditions.
The code setting is 00 ( no jumpers)

If the unit picks up the phone, but you do not hear any tones, you should check the following section of the diagram:

R3, R30, T2, R1, ZD1, ZD2, C3, TRAFO1, C14, C15
