Is it possible to use this kit (k5203) without ground?? I only have two wires available, and now it doesn’t work…

It is possible, however, it is unsafe so we do not recommend to use it without earth connection.
hmmm, too bad, then something else is wrong…
( I am aware of the danger, it sits in a plastic enclosure, on a wooden shelf, well out of reach

It is becoming stranger and stranger… It still didn’t work, so I started by measuring if there is 220V coming in… And then it worked!! Everytime I have my meter parallel to te mains-connections it suddenly starts working… My collegue immediatly shouted: " Your capacitor is faulty" without further details…
Anyone got an idea?
