K5203: Can precisely set the flashing rate?

Dear all,

The .pdf files for K5203 do not open, Acrobat Reader says they are invalid.

Question: Is there any instruction in the kit as to how generate flashes at precisely known intervals?

I want to use the strobe to adjust the rotation of a wheel, in a range of 1 to 10 turns per second. So what I want to do, is to have the possibility to set the strobe to a specific flashing rate. Then, I adjust the wheel rotation so a dot on it appears still.

Can the K5203 do that?

There is no way to set the exact flash rate. This is a disco gadget, so exact timing does not really matter.
