I just finished putting together this kit, the right side works perfect but the left only the yellow and red LED’s come on at higher input, the 10 green ones doesn’t work I replace the LM3916 (IC4) with the one in the right side that works and still not working, changed the op amp 741, check diode bias, capacitor polarity, jumpers and resistors for open connection but I still can figure out why they don’t light up, any suggestions where to troubleshoot? thank you in advance.
Most likely assembly problem.
