K4005.3 C37 and R41

I am building a K4005.3 amplifier.
What should I do with resistors R41/42 and C’s 37/38 which are marked on the pcb and in the circuit, but not in the assembly instructions. They are also not in the parts set.
Can they be ommited? Or used when needed? What values?
It would be handy if that was mentioned in the manual.

It is simple: if they are not mentioned and not supplied, you should not mount them.
