I plan to use K3503 amp on my television to boost its output, and I would be running it off an AC power supply. But this amplifier has a DC-DC switching
supply for use in a car, which I don’t need. I plan to not assemble the power supply section, and just power the unit off an appropiate external AC supply.

I would need the voltage + current specifications of the amplifiers themselves
in order to do this.

Can anyone help me on this?

Due to the age of the kit, this info is not available.
Furthermore, there are better and lower-cost solutions, e.g. K8060

You are right: a pair of K8060’s (or VM100s) would be better. All I would need is dummy loads on the TV output.

Make sure the TV outputs are isolated from the AC grid…
