Hi, i nedd to finish this project at monday, but the circuit barking all the time and in the loudspeaker i listen a good barking sound but is not clear, it have oscilations in background, all the components are good soldered.

Most likely an assembly problem.
If you can provide links to HI-RES and SHARP pictures of both solder- and component side of your assembly, we can take a look.
