This with or without the engine running, regardless of the scaling potentiometer (though frequency of change changes,1st MOV00228 vs second MOV00229) .
In the third MOV00230 the car is started.
Electrical ignition with the third pot installed. Question is, what’s burned and needs replacing

Please can you first check if you have a ‘stable display’ when you are calibrating the kit with a transformer ?

I dont have access to a transformer (will calibrate it with the laptop connected to the EFI later), what components might need replacing? Since I can get hold on some free, might aswell test that 
I’m sorry, but we can’t realy help if you don’t follow the calibration process. Maybe the kit is OK, but the squarewave signal is not stable enough.
