Does anybody know if ignition K2543 is working for 1 cylinder two stroke engines as well?

Yes , your ignition will work with 2-stroke, 4-stroke, mono cylinder or Multi cylinder engines. It can only be command by 1 set off breaker points, so, for ex many 4 cylinder motorcycles fire 2 spark plugs at a time. Thus 2 sets off breaker points means you need 2 K2543 modules for those bikes.
