I bought a K2543 kit for my car - toyota starlet 1000cc 1992 works with point brack without electronic circuits ! I love the car and decided to make an improvement in the ignition.
I set up the kit and the car turned well … for 5 minutes ! I removed the kit and inspected all changing connecting wires and re-solder the components . I set the kit again and it worked well . I walked about 100 km away, all right!
The next day the car did not start … checked everything and I noticed that the spark diminished in intensity with the car running time …
The ignition works well with the old system, that is, no failure to spark or have problems at startup ! I turned off the cap . The car has a resistance at the coil , which is kept as suggested.
an opinion on the subject ?
