Bought a K8400 with 2nd head. For the life of me I can’t get the PTF tube into the Isolator guide from the main kit. The same peace of tub fits perfectly into the part that came with the 2nd head,
I submitted a ticket for this problem as I believe the there is a fault. How long does it take to get a reply. Have checked the ticket status but nothing has changed.
I found your ticket and a reply was posted yesterday.
It seems an incorrectly response was given.
I’ve reopened the ticket. So the ticket-support team will have a second look at it.

We’ve found what the problem was.
You submitted the ticket with your Country as Grenada.
Grenada is listed under United Kingdom in the list when submitting a ticket. You probably clicked on the wrong country
So that’s the reason for the weird answer.
