Is the heated bed K8200 PWM controlled or just ON/OFF controlled?

I want to use 24 V external power supply to make heated bed warm faster …
I think ON/OFF control is accurate enough to control…
Is heated bed controlled PWM ( maybe PID controlled) or ON/OFF ?
