Inner perimeter don't stick together after changing from 0.3

Hi all,
I was doing some prints with 0.3mm hight, everything is great.
Now I made a spare part for a motorcycle and I want to make it smoother.
So I went to the 0.2mm hight and all of a sudden, the perimeters do not stick together.
I increased the flow of material from 100% to 120% in steps, but it won’t be better.
Yes a little, but not that I can print rounded shapes.

Any hints on that?

Filament is NUNUS RED where it is worth than with VELEMANN BLACK

Could u post a picture? Normally I would think the opposite would happen 0.3 is a bit to height to print with a 0.35 nozzle but did you used exactly 0.2? It’s better to use 0.2025 that way the z height matches the exact stepping.

Kind regards

Hi Jeafke,
I used 0.21 which I read somewhere in a posting…
Someone made a calculation on it, and it sounded logic…

If I am don to 100% the skirt wouldn’t even being connected
Strange things going on, never saw this before.

Sind S3D for the generation of the GCODE

Here we go with images, all on 0.21:

Images are added to the former post

Lower bed height to 0.15mm and if that doesn’t work Bump up flow rate a bit untill it’s like you want it to be?
