Inner External Perimeter Gap

I have new problem, i tried solve it for two days and i don’t have any more ideas what i can do more. Problem is simple to show:

Start of printing in red circles.

At the begining of printing perimeters line is to far. Like it is visible, this occour in two axis and circles.

  • When i set 2 or 4 lines for external perimeters effect is the same, first line don’t stick to the others.
  • i tried different retraction speed from normal 150mm/s to speed of print 25 mm/s, the same results.
  • prepared gcode using cura instead of slic3r.
  • tighten short belts, normal and extremly strong.
  • i add extra tensioners on long belts, nothing change.
  • all pulleys are in place, no loose screws
  • aligment is good, circles are perfect.
  • smooth movement of printhead.

Have you some ideas what could be the cause?

That’s starnge, i printed silver and object on the right looks pretty good, so i remove left one, and right one looks much worse. I don’t anything (excet filament). I don’t have any clue what is going on. Aligment is perfect, all belts tenion is proper i think. Basicly printer is working very good, no strange noises or vibrations, but prints are still bad.

The silver ones look good. Your object is quite small. I think you should print a bit farther from the edges. As the build plate is usually bulging a bit in the center, along the edges the head is farther from the bed than in the center.

Left silver is not good.

Bed is flat i checked it. I’m priting often large object, so it should be good quality on the all bed area.
