Infill crossing to much and are stacking up

hello,
i have a problem with infill.
it doesn’t matter how much %infill it is.
the extruder is drawing inner lines and some off them stack up, that ruins my first layer.
all is calibrated well and i want to make a good print

help me please :frowning:

If infill gets stacked then it is usual due to a heatbed that is not flat enough or the nozzle is giving too much filament.

A curved heatbed will print on the highest point good, but on the lowest places it can create a mess cause the ideal height between nozzle and heatbed is increasing so that the melted filament start to curl , not sticking so good anymore against the previous layer.

A glass plate can solve this problem.

If the extruder is turning too fast, then there too much filament.

Oh and last: Extruder temperature too high, then the filament is simply too soft , placing too much and if the printhead moves back to this region, then there is a collision where the X-Y motors loose steps so ruing the model.

Also, the voltage of the steppers needs to be 0.55V and not what Velleman mentions.
Or otherwise, again steps loosed.

i am using the default every thing which came with the printer and i installed the velleman k8200 program
and it always start good at the first layer then it print the rest in an wrong position …???

Ali

What you mean with wrong position?
Have you set the stepper motor voltage at 0.55V but as long a the print is done on the bed I see no problem.

Restart reptier if something acts weird.
better restart de computer.

I think you mean the print shifts after printing the first layer, correct?
There may be several reasons for this.

It would be really helpful if you can post a short video (youtube?) of a print where the problem occurs.
