In search of the right dimmer

Hello all,

I need a dimmer for the following.
I have an outdoor hallogeen lighting.
When i switch it on, it has to burn at about 10 or 30% strenght.
When there is a movement (movement sensor) the lights go to 100% for a selected time, lets say 5minutes
After that back to 10 or 30%

I’ve been looking in the modules from velleman but didn’t find the right one.
Can someone help me with this? What is the right kit or module for me?

No such dimmer.
Simple solution would be to use a serial dimmer (e.g. http://www.velleman.eu/product/view/?lang=en&id=343610)
This would allow you to set the desired dim level.
Next, get a PIR sensor with dry relay contact and have it bridge the dimmer for 100% light output.
Simple, cheap and reliable.
