I assembled it after many attempts , now I have a problem could you all figure this out every press of the button results in a two, four , or seven what has happen to my other numbers ?
Most likely an assembly error.

Just rebuild the kit and follow the order stated in the manual. Breadboards are always dangerous because of their stray capacitance and bad contacts.
