Impossibility to print small circle or cylinders

it is impossible to print small cylinder ( diameter : 5 mm, thickness 3mm).

i have not succeed to add a photo of the printed result, but i can say :

  1. the cylinder is built like lace or spaghetti because it seems to me that the printer, print only the filling ( grid). however i have set 100% filling, thickness for wall 2,5mm , infill pattern : concentric line.
  2. in the preview on repetier i see only a little part of grid filling, with correct walls thickness.

I conclude that neither the repetier respect the wanted configuration ( concentric lines for filling), and neither the printer respect the preview because i think that the walls are not printed.

however when i print a small cube ( 5 mm) it is correct.

do you have any suggestion to correct this problem?
