I loose Y axis motor every time i upgrade V2 firmware

Hi guys
Can’t have Y axis working every time i update firmware K8200 MARLIN V2.
i have all info on display of VM8201, but no Y axis at all.
Any toughts will be very apreciated.

When you did the upgrade did you use Arduino version1.0.6?

Yes you should 1.6.3 has an issue with this firmware.
