HPS50 software installation and USB link troubleshooting

I have installed HPS50 software V3.3 on my portable PC.
I have connected HPS50 with USB cable on my PC.
Results:
HPS50 is recognized as a “others devices” without driver.
Software V3.3 can’t read and no COM port is proposed.

I have tried to reinstall driver from C:/prog files/velleman/HPS50/drivers; - Answer: file corrupted
I have no native COM or LPT port on my PC

My PC is W8.1/64b

Is it possible to download a complete solution with a clear manual?
Is it possible to have a good solution?
Is it possible to have this on your site instead of seeking all posts on the forum (I have done this boring task ans no solution works
Thanks

You may need to disable the digital signatures before installing the driver.

Do this before installing the drivers.

 1. Windows Key + R
 2. Enter shutdown.exe /r /o /f /t 00 <- These are Zeros Note the spaces
 3. Click the “OK” button
 4. System will restart to a “Choose an option” screen
 5. Select “Troubleshoot” from “Choose an option” screen
 6. Select “Advanced options” from “Troubleshoot” screen
 7. Select “Windows Startup Settings” from “Advanced options” screen
 8. Click “Restart” button
 9. System will restart to “Advanced Boot Options” screen
 10. Select “Disable Driver Signature Enforcement”
 11. Once the system starts, install the drivers

It’s perfect! It runs well now.

Very thanks to you “wrong way”

It’s magic but I really don’t know how you find it was signature verifying which cause the misinstall of the driver. Before applying your solution, each time I tried to install the driver, a box appear telling me “file corrupted” and some other things but nothing about signature fault!

Glad to hear it’s working.
I read a lot on this forums board and others.
This is a common problem.

Enjoy!
