HPS50 soft captures a trace it does not show the X,Y values

When using the HPS50 capture software I can capture the trace but the X and Y value which does appear in the program do not appear with the captured trace so there is no way to tell what the X and Y values are. Is there a fix for this?

Both your posts are very confusing to us, please explain the features you would like, practically, without comparing with the HPS40. Both are different products with different software written by different people at different times

The HPS50 software on screen shows below the trace the X and Y values associated with the signal above. When you save the signal by pressing F6 it only captures the scope signal and does not show the values for X and Y that were on the screen. How is anyone going to be able to tell from the captured trace what the values of X and Y were?

Please advise.

The HPS50 does not show any X or Y values in the status bar…

Do you mean that you want to see the volts per division and the timebase?

The HPS50 software shows it on the screen. However when you save the trace using F6 and then look at the file it only shows the trace and not the information below it as it does in the HPS50 program.

What good is saving the trace to af ile if when you open it youdon’t have the X,Y information. How is anyone going to be able to tell what the trace shows?

Your software should also save all of that information with the trace so when the saved file is open (Windows gif viewer) it should all be there.
